Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Ultimate Apple Catcher (Package: com.redblackcrew.ultimateapplecatcher), these Terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them thoroughly before utilizing the service.
1. Intellectual Property & Limited License
The application itself, source code, visual design, audio, trademarks, copyright, and database rights related to Ultimate Apple Catcher belong exclusively to RedBlack Crew.
You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Ultimate Apple Catcher on your personal mobile devices in accordance with these Terms.
Restrictions on Use
You agree that you will not:

Google Play Billing: Any premium features or subscriptions in Ultimate Apple Catcher are processed exclusively through Google Play Store.
No-Refund Policy: All in-app purchases and subscription payments are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. We maintain a strict no-refund policy for digital goods and virtual features.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Payments & Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period without partial refunds.
3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure.
We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this compromises security boundaries and may cause the application to malfunction.
