Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pasta Recipes (Package: com.finitytechcraft.recipezo.recipes.pastarecipes), these Terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them thoroughly before utilizing the service.

1. Intellectual Property & Limited License

The application itself, source code, visual design, audio, trademarks, copyright, and database rights related to Pasta Recipes belong exclusively to RedBlack Crew.

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Pasta Recipes on your personal mobile devices in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not:

  • Copy, modify, or create derivative versions of Pasta Recipes or any of our trademarks;
  • Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code of Pasta Recipes;
  • Translate the application into other languages or redistribute it on third-party stores;
  • Circumvent or tamper with licensing, in-app billing verification, or security features.

2. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Strict No-Refund Policy

  • Google Play Billing: Any premium features or subscriptions in Pasta Recipes are processed exclusively through Google Play Store.
  • No-Refund Policy: All in-app purchases and subscription payments are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. We maintain a strict no-refund policy for digital goods and virtual features.
  • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Payments & Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period without partial refunds.
