Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using DiaryGo (Package: com.finitytechcraft.journal.notes.diary.diarygo), these Terms will automatically apply to you. Please read them thoroughly before utilizing the service.

1. Intellectual Property & Limited License

The application itself, source code, visual design, audio, trademarks, copyright, and database rights related to DiaryGo belong exclusively to RedBlack Crew.

You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use DiaryGo on your personal mobile devices in accordance with these Terms.

Restrictions on Use

You agree that you will not:

Copy, modify, or create derivative versions of DiaryGo or any of our trademarks;
Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the source code of DiaryGo;
Translate the application into other languages or redistribute it on third-party stores;
Circumvent or tamper with licensing, in-app billing verification, or security features.

2. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Strict No-Refund Policy

        In-App Purchases and Subscription Terms
        Google Play Billing: Any premium features or subscriptions in DiaryGo are processed exclusively through Google Play Store.
No-Refund Policy: All in-app purchases and subscription payments are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. We maintain a strict no-refund policy for digital goods and virtual features.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle.
Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Google Play Store > Payments & Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period without partial refunds.

      

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

When using DiaryGo:

You are responsible for keeping your phone and access to the app secure.
We recommend against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this compromises security boundaries and may cause the application to malfunction.
You agree to use DiaryGo solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with local regulations.

4. Limitation of Liability

RedBlack Crew is committed to ensuring that DiaryGo is as useful and efficient as possible. However, the app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

Certain features require an active internet connection. RedBlack Crew cannot accept responsibility for the app not functioning at full capability if you lack internet connectivity or have exceeded your carrier data allowance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedBlack Crew shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use DiaryGo.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of DiaryGo after modifications indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
