1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and RedBlack Crew ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms apply to all applications, games, utilities, digital content, and online services provided by RedBlack Crew on the Google Play Store or accessible via redblackcrew.web.app.
If you do not agree to all terms and conditions contained herein, you must immediately discontinue use and uninstall our applications from your devices.
2. Covered Applications & Services
This Agreement governs your access to all applications published by RedBlack Crew, including:
All intellectual property rights—including source code, compiled binaries, graphic designs, icons, trademarks, service marks, text, layout, user interfaces, database rights, and digital content—belong exclusively to RedBlack Crew.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, and non-sublicensable license to download and use our applications strictly for personal, non-commercial purposes on compatible devices that you own or control.
Prohibited Activities
You strictly agree that you shall NOT:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, lease, sell, or rent any part of the applications or assets;
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code of any application;
Translate, modify, create derivative works, or adaptations of our applications or trademarks;
Circumvent, disable, or tamper with digital security mechanisms, license verifications, or copyright notices;
Use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or exploits to access or disrupt application services.
Certain RedBlack Crew applications may offer optional premium features, upgraded functionalities, advanced export capabilities, or an ad-free experience through digital in-app purchases or recurring subscriptions.
Strict No-Refund & Subscription Policy
Billing Platform: All in-app purchases and subscriptions are processed exclusively through the official Google Play Store Billing API. We do not process, store, or have direct access to your credit card or financial accounts.
Final Sale & No Refunds: All in-app purchases, virtual items, premium unlocks, and subscription payments are final, completed, and strictly non-refundable upon completion. We maintain a strict no-refund policy for digital licenses once delivered.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly or annually) unless you disable auto-renewal at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
Cancellation Procedure: You may cancel or manage subscriptions at any time directly through your Google account: Google Play Store > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. Cancellation becomes effective at the expiration of the current paid billing period; no partial or pro-rated refunds are issued for unused intervals.
Digital Nature: In-app purchases provide a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access digital features. You do not acquire ownership rights in the software or content. Upon subscription expiration, access automatically reverts to standard free tier features.
5. User Responsibilities & Device Security
Because our apps (including DiaryGo, WealthWave, NoteAblee, and Rasumate) are architected for offline privacy and local storage:
Physical Device Security: You are solely responsible for securing your physical device using screen locks, passcodes, or biometrics.
Prohibition on Jailbreaking / Rooting: We strongly advise against using our apps on jailbroken or rooted devices. Rooting disables Android security boundaries, making your data vulnerable to unauthorized third-party apps, malware, and system instability. RedBlack Crew is not responsible for crashes or compromised data on modified operating systems.
Data Loss & Local Backup: You acknowledge that local data storage is subject to inherent hardware risks (device malfunction, hardware damage, accidental clearing of app storage, or device theft). You are encouraged to regularly export or backup important documents. RedBlack Crew accepts no liability for accidental data loss.
6. Specific App Disclaimers
ShareBridge (Local File Transfer): Transfers occur peer-to-peer over direct local Wi-Fi or hotspot. You are solely responsible for the content, legality, and safety of files you choose to transmit to other devices.
DirectChat (Messaging Helper): DirectChat acts as an operating system shortcut to initiate chats in messaging apps (such as WhatsApp) without saving contact numbers. RedBlack Crew is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp LLC, Signal, or Meta Platforms, Inc. You are solely responsible for compliance with third-party messaging service terms.
Culinary & Recipe Apps: Recipes and nutritional information provided in our cooking apps are for informational and culinary guidance purposes. Users with food allergies, medical conditions, or specific dietary restrictions must exercise personal discretion and consult healthcare professionals when needed.
7. Internet Connection, Mobile Data & Carrier Fees
Certain features (such as receiving app updates, viewing ad content in free tiers, or accessing community features) require an active internet connection. If you access the application using cellular data, your mobile network provider's standard data and roaming charges will apply. RedBlack Crew is not responsible for any mobile carrier data charges or fees incurred while using our services.
8. Third-Party Services & Terms
Our applications may incorporate third-party developer software kits governed by their own terms:
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ALL REDBLACK CREW APPLICATIONS, WEBSITES, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR APPS WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, COMPATIBLE WITH EVERY HARDWARE OR OS VERSION, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE IMMEDIATELY CORRECTED.
10. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL REDBLACK CREW, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OR DIRECTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, DEVICE DAMAGE, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE OUR APPLICATIONS, REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL THEORY ASSERTED.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any app, feature, or service at any time without prior notice. We may terminate your right to use our applications if you breach any provision of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under this Agreement cease immediately, and you must delete all copies of the applications.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend or update these Terms & Conditions at our sole discretion. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Your continued use of any RedBlack Crew app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
