1. Overview & Privacy Commitment

RedBlack Crew built GuitarPro as an ad-supported and/or freemium mobile application. This SERVICE is provided by RedBlack Crew at no cost (or via optional premium purchase) and is intended for use as is.

Interactive guitar chord library, tuner, and tab reader. Settings and favorites are stored locally.

We strongly value your privacy. We do not sell your personal data, nor do we operate external cloud databases to intercept or harvest your personal files, notes, or entries.

2. Information Collection and Storage

2.1 Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Any user data, custom settings, records, or preferences generated within GuitarPro are stored locally within your device's private sandbox storage. We do not store or transmit this personal information to remote servers controlled by RedBlack Crew.

2.2 Diagnostic & Log Data

Whenever you use our application, in the event of an unexpected crash or technical issue, third-party developer diagnostic tools may automatically collect technical Log Data. This may include your device model, operating system version, app build configuration, timestamp of crash, and standard debugging stack traces. This diagnostic data is utilized solely to fix technical defects and ensure application stability.

The app integrates industry-standard third-party SDKs to facilitate core operating system support, crash telemetry, and advertising:

• Google Play Services: Core platform support (Google Privacy Policy)
• Google AdMob: Advertisements in free tiers (AdMob Privacy Policies)
• Google Analytics for Firebase: Aggregated, anonymous usage analytics (Firebase Analytics)
• Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reporting and stability monitoring (Firebase Crashlytics)

We implement commercially acceptable measures to safeguard your application experience. However, because data within GuitarPro is kept locally on your phone:

• You are responsible for securing your physical device with a PIN, fingerprint, or password.
• We recommend avoiding jailbreaking or rooting your device, as this compromises operating system security boundaries.
• Users are advised to keep backups of critical data, as RedBlack Crew is not responsible for data loss arising from physical device damage, malfunction, or theft.

Our services do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we take immediate action to remove such data.

7. User Rights (GDPR & CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have statutory rights regarding personal data:

• Data Deletion: You can completely erase all local data simply by clearing the app cache/storage or uninstalling GuitarPro from your device.
• Ad Preferences: You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising via your device settings: Settings > Google > Ads.
